BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA — Command Sergeant Major, Marvin H. Gay, US Army, Retired, passed away Saturday, March 24, 2012 at his home in Melbourne, Florida.

Marvin was a member of the Masonic Lodge, American Legion, Disabled American Veterans, V.F.W. and the Azan Shrine where he was a member of the Azan Western Country Band.

Marvin was an Army Veteran and served in Korea and Viet Nam.

Marvin is survived by his loving wife, Agnes; sister, Lou and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Marvin was predeceased by his first wife, Odessa; children, Marvin, Jr. and Linda.

A Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 27, 2012 at the Beckman-Williamson Funeral Home Chapel in Viera.

The interment will follow at Florida Memorial Gardens with full military honors.

In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the Shriners Hospital.
