Here’s an amazing video of trick shots by Kyle Anderson from Newark, Illinois who plays for the University of Delaware Blue Hens. Anderson, a first-year member of the Blue Hens, is playing in the Delaware backcourt.

A four-year starter on the Newark High School basketball team, Anderson helped the squad to a 33-1 record and the 2011 state championship as a senior.  He scored 17 points during the semifinal win and posted 11 points, nine steals and four assists during the championship game.

The Noresemen increased their win total during each of his four years, and went a combined 84-12 during his final three seasons. Anderson led Newark to the Super Sectional round of the IHSA Class 1A state tournament as a sophomore and junior. He was a first team Class 1A All-State selection as a junior and senior and unanimous All-Conference honoree during all four years.

Anderson is the son of Scott and Judy Anderson and has a brother Kurt, who plays basketball at Trinity International University, and a sister, Kate.  Aderson has worked as a hay bailer during the summer, enjoys bowling in his free time and has not declared a major at Delaware.
