Michael A. Durnin, His Signature Smile Will Be Missed

OBITUARY

Michael A. Durnin

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA — Michael A. Durnin, 52, a Melbourne native passed away in St. Cloud on Sunday April 22, 2012.

Michael was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.

He will be fondly remembered for his signature smile and for the hugs that were so freely and warmly given to friends, family and new acquaintances.

Michael loved music and dancing.

He was a big sports fan but especially loved NASCAR and the Atlanta Braves.

He loved to be around people and was the life of the party.

For the last two years Michael lived at Bishop Grady Villas, an assisted living facility for special needs people.

Michael will be missed by all the staff and residents there.

He is survived by his sisters Mary (Don) Alford, Jeanne (Rick) Miller, Jane (Dave) Mays, Rosanne (Will) Pelfrey, and a brother Jim (Vicky) Durnin.

He was predeceased by his parents Peter and Lucille Durnin and a brother Joe.

Calling hours will be Thursday April 26th from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. with a Wake at 6:00 p.m. in the Brownlie – Maxwell Funeral Chapel.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday April 27th at 11:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Melbourne.
