“Roll Out The Rain Barrels 2012” is a campaign sponsored by Keep Brevard Beautiful, Inc., Brevard County Natural Resources Management Office, the Indian River Lagoon Program, University of Florida Cooperative Extension, University of Central Florida and the Titusville Area Chamber of Commerce.

“One of the purposes of this project is to bring awareness of storm water pollution and water conservation in regards to the water quality in the Indian River Lagoon,” said Gaedcke.

Why participate?

• Support Local Artists – each of these talented artists are volunteering their time to create works of art out of these rain barrels.
• Support Conservation Efforts – this initiative is designed to bring awareness of storm water pollution and water conservation in regards to the water quality in the Indian River Lagoon!
• Great Exposure – Keep Brevard Beautiful and all of the Roll Out the Rain Barrels partners will be promoting this two week event, encouraging people to visit the participating businesses, view the rain barrels and bid on their favorite design.
