Only one player was selected from each of NCAA Division II’s eight regions

SKILLMAN, NEW JERSEY — Coming off a strong season in singles and doubles, Florida Tech’s Kristina Huba was recently selected the Intercollegiate Tennis Association’s South Region Player to Watch.

The ITA recognized only one student-athlete from each of NCAA Division II’s eight regions. Considering the South Region is one of the most competitive in the nation, this is an impressive honor for the Ascona, Switzerland native, who will begin her junior year this fall.
