Westhorpe is in his second season competing for the Panthers after transferring from Brevard Community College.

He is averaging a team-best 73.56 strokes in 27 round and in six tournaments this spring, Westhorpe has recorded a top five finish four times.

At the Titan Winter Invitational in February, he placed second among 70 golfers in the event.

Most recently, Westhorpe tied for third out of 45 participants at seven-over-par at the Florida Blue SSC Championship.

Hook is a business administration major from Wilmington, N.C.

She finished eighth or higher in four of her 10 tournaments this season for the Panthers.

Hook tied for first in two events — the Saint Leo Invitational in October and the Florida Tech Invitational in March and finished the season averaging a team-best 79.90 strokes in 21 rounds.

Florida Tech’s mens’ golf season is not over.

Westhorpe and the Panthers will compete in the NCAA Division II South/Southeast Regional at Rock Barn Golf & Spa in Conover, N.C. starting next Monday.
