MC Assembly Selects Ramirez For COO Post

BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – Luis Ramirez has been named Chief Operating Officer for MC Assembly, a leading mid-tier electronic manufacturing services provider.
The position is being created to support the current growth MC Assembly is experiencing and the future growth the company is planning.
Ramirez will be responsible for all aspects of engineering, quality, program management, materials, operations and site profit & loss.
He has an extensive background in global operations and supply chain management and brings more than 18 years of electronics industry experience to MC Assembly, including management positions with Cooper Bussman; Laird Technologies; Thomas & Betts; and Cutler Hammer.
Ramirez received his Bachelors of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico; a Masters degree in Engineering Management from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico; and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis.
