WESH Back On Cable In Brevard

Service Resumes Immediately

ORLANDO, FLORIDA – Hearst Television Inc. has announced that it has reached a retransmission consent agreement with Time Warner Cable and Bright House Media covering carriage of WESH, CW18, MeTV Orlando, ThisTV and Estrella TV.

“We appreciate the support and patience of our viewers, advertisers and local communities served by our stations, and we regret the inconvenience they’ve experienced over the past 10 days,” said Hearst Television President & CEO David Barrett. “This process has been an important step to insure the ongoing vitality of our local TV service in communities across the country.”

Hearst Television, a national multi-media company, owns and operates 29 local television stations and two local radio stations, serving 30 U.S. cities and reaching approximately 18 percent of U.S. television households.
