Tae Kwon Do Classes Available Soon In Viera

BREVARD COUNTY • VIERA, FLORIDA – Martial arts may be a perfect way to release the tension associated with the rigors of daily life.

In recognizing that fact, the Brevard County Parks and Recreation Department will offer tae kwon do classes on Monday and Thursday evenings from 6 to 7 p.m. starting Monday, Sept. 17 at the Viera Regional Community Center.

The center is at 2300 Judge Fran Jamieson Way in Viera.

Classes are available for students ages 6 and older at a cost of $5 per class.

Tae kwon do is a martial art and popular with both men and women of all ages. Participants say it helps develop strength, speed, balance, flexibility and stamina.

The tae kwon do classes at the Viera Regional Community Center will be taught by John Dandedeau.
