BREVARD COUNTY • SATELLITE BEACH, FLORIDA – Because of major growth, non-profit gym Trinity Fitness has recently moved to a larger location.

The new facility is 4,800 square feet and is at 1754-B Highway A1A in Satellite Beach. The building is almost twice the size of its previous location.

Trinity Fitness is unique because it combines spiritual, mental and physical training to promote an overall sense of well being. In addition, there is no financial obligation for people who attend.

The gym began in 2008 in a home garage with one class and three people who wanted to get in shape. Four years later, there are now 41 classes a week and more than 150 people stop in every day to work out at Trinity Fitness.

Trinity Fitness is unique because it combines spiritual, mental and physical training to promote an overall sense of well being. In addition, there is no financial obligation for people who attend.

“We are inspiring people to get in the best physical and spiritual shape of their lives with no strings attached,” said Trinity Fitness co-founder Jason Palmisano.

“No matter what kind of shape you are in, we will all be a day older tomorrow. However, our spirit goes on forever and we want to help people feel better about themselves inside and out.”

Workouts take place in a group session and are led by a certified Trinity Fitness trainer.

Sessions include a welcome, short devotion, opening prayer, warm-up and workout.

“There is a lot of bonding that goes on during workouts,” said Trinity Fitness co-founder Wendy Palmisano.

“Everyone is sweating together and enjoying an amazing sense of community at the same time.”

  1. Trinity Fitness has one of the most positive environments I have ever experienced. The trainers are helpful and uplifting and encouraging. Jason and Wendy are awesome and personable. I live in Omaha, NE, and I follow the Ignite workouts even though I am so far away. I always workout out at TF when I visit the Space Coast!! I wish TF was in Omaha!

  2. Trinity Fitness is saving my life! I’ve been to plenty of gyms in my time but this one is extra special! I was Fat Sick and Nearly Dead….Since I started there in Jan 2012 I’ve lost over 75lbs, reversed type II diabetes, am training for my first 1/2 Marthon and I’m advancing in my spiritual journey! My kids workout there as well as my in- laws. Every trainer there is so encouraging and helpful and no eliteism exisits. Jason and Wendy are two people who truely walk the talk!
