St. Mary’s Catholic School Meets Clifford The Big Red Dog

BREVARD COUNTY • ROCKLEDGE,  FLORIDA —  Students and teachers from St. Mary’s Catholic School in Rockledge, today donated supplies to a local animal shelter with help from the world famous “Clifford – The Big Red Dog”.

Today is Clifford the Big Red Dog’s 50th birthday.

Celebrations were held throughout the nation to honor one of the nation’s most-loved book characters for young children – Clifford.

At St. Mary’s Catholic School in Rockledge, students have been collecting supplies for a local animal shelter as a way to celebrate the book character and author’s good heart.

The supplies were picked up today, by none other than Clifford himself .

St. Mary’s preschoolers were thrilled with the Big Red Dog’s visit.
