The meteorology major averaged 5.2 digs per set in the Panthers’ 3-0 volleyball week, which included victories over fellow Sunshine State Conference members Saint Leo and Florida Southern.

She achieved the 20-dig plateau two times and narrowly missed a third time as she totaled 18 in a 3-0 sweep of St. Thomas on Wednesday.

Lassman helped her team earn a 3-2 win over Saint Leo on Friday by recording 29 digs.

Less than 24 hours later, FIT earned another five-set win against Florida Southern as she gathered 20 digs. Her efforts led to FIT’s three opponents hitting a combined .187.

The Panthers’ win over Saint Leo was their first in nearly seven years, while their victory against Florida Southern snapped a four-year winless streak to the Moccasins.

The Crimson and Gray will wrap up their five-game homestand, their longest of the season, this week. On Wednesday, they will play host to Rollins at 7 p.m.

On Saturday, they will welcome Lynn to the Clemente Center for a 4 p.m. match. Live video and stats will be available for both matches at FloridaTechSports.com/live.
