The event takes place during normal open swim time, which runs from noon to 5 p.m. The cost is $3 per child and includes a decorated pumpkin, goody bag and open swim time.

Participants will be given a number which corresponds to one of the 100 pumpkins floating in the pool.  The children will be assigned to a designated area of the pool according to age and swimming ability.

Once the Pumpkin Plunge begins, they will search for their pumpkin. Pumpkins can then be taken to a craft station for decorating.

The Aquatic Center is at 420 Community College Parkway, just south of the Brevard Community College Campus.
