Election Day Plant Sale Back In Melbourne Beach

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE BEACH, FLORIDA – The annual Election Day Plant Sale sponsored by the Beach Gardeners of Melbourne Beach has arrived.

The annual Election Day Plant Sale will be held from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 6 at the Melbourne Beach Community Center. (Shutterstock image)

The sale will be conducted from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. today at the Melbourne Beach Community Center, 509 Ocean Avenue in Melbourne Beach.

A large variety of locally grown plants and handmade pressed flower items will be available at bargain prices.

The next Beach Gardeners of Melbourne Beach meeting is planned for 6:30  p.m. Nov. 20 at the Melbourne Beach Community Center.

The speaker for the meeting will be Vince Lamb of the Florida Native Plant Society.

He will talk about “Growing Wildflower Gardens in Seaside Communities.”

Refreshments will be served at the meeting and visitors and new members are welcome to attend.
