City of Palm Bay spokeswoman Yvonne Martinez said the eastbound lanes of Malabar Road between Eldron Boulevard and Aviation Avenue will be closed to traffic beginning at noon on Sunday through about 4 p.m.

Martinez said Eldron Boulevard also will be closed from Malabar Road to Jupiter Boulevard for parade staging.

“The westbound lanes of Malabar Road will be transitioned to support east-west traffic during the same time period,” Martinez said.

Patrol officers from the Palm Bay Police Department will be assigned in the area to direct traffic around the event.

Motorists should plan for traffic delays and consider alternate routes during this time.
