Enchanted Forest Offers Trail Running Seminars

BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – Strap on some sturdy shoes.

A Trail Running Seminar will be held at the Enchanted Forest Sanctuary in Titusville for two more days this month.

Seminars will be conducted starting at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 22 and Dec. 29.

Each seminar is designed for beginners and covers a variety of topics including technique, conditioning, shoe selection, gear, trail etiquette, and where to go trail running in Brevard County.

The cost to participate is $50 and includes registration in the First Enchanted Forest Trail Run on Jan. 6.

All proceeds go to supporting trail development and maintenance projects on county conservation lands.
