Academic Excellence Lifts Panthers
KANSAS CITY, KANSAS – Led by head coach Robin Chan, the Florida Tech men’s soccer team received recognition for its dedication in the classroom as the National Soccer Coaches Association of America named the Panthers to its NSCAA College Team Academic Award list.
With a team grade point average of 3.12, Florida Tech was one of just four Sunshine State Conference men’s soccer teams to receive the award.

The group announced a total of 739 college soccer teams (227 men, 512 women) to the award list for the 2011-12 academic year.
Joining FIT from the Sunshine State Conference were Barry, Florida Southern and Lynn.
