BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – For the past year, diners in Brevard have been caught up in the food truck craze sweeping America.

Sponsored by the Brevard County Parks and Recreation Department at various events throughout the area, the trend has continued from last summer and has drawn thousands to local parks whenever the latest “Food Truck Bazaar” events are held.

Participants who attend the events find a vast variety of food is available from vendors.

Everything is on the menu from lobster grilled cheese sandwiches to spicy Mexican food to slow cooked barbecue beef.

We sent photographer Christey Krause to the latest “Food Truck Bazaar” at Wickham Park in Melbourne on Jan. 25 and these are the images she took there.
