South Prep All-Stars Edge North On Clutch Field Goal

BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – In one of the most closely contested high school football All-Star games in Brevard sports history, a field goal in the final minutes of play decided the game as the South defeated the North, 3-0, at Astronaut High School on Saturday night.

Pat Brush of Melbourne booted the winning kick for the South from 20 yards out in a defensive masterpiece turned in by both teams.

The game featured 80 of the top graduating seniors in the county from both public and private schools competing for the final time as high school football players.
