BCC Women's Basketball Now 2-15

ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA – Brevard Community College women’s basketball team dropped its 12th straight game and its second straight Florida State College Activities Association Southern Conference match up on Wednesday, falling 75-32 to host St. Petersburg College.

BCC is 2-15 overall heading into Saturday’s 2 p.m. home conference game against Indian River State College.

St. Petersburg improved to 11-6 overall.

Sophomore Shaneece Stephens led BCC with 13 points and four rebounds. Classmate Briana Reeves added four rebounds.

St. Petersburg and Palm Beach State are tied for the conference lead at 2-0, with Broward and Indian River State at 1-1.

Miami-Dade and Brevard are each 0-2 in conference play.
