Brevard County Parks and Recreation is hosting its first Brevard Employment Expo this spring and expecting a large turnout of applicants.

The event will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, March 9 at the Viera Regional Community Center at 2300 Judge Fran Jamieson Way in Viera.

Businesses may obtain applications at the center or online at www.brevardcounty.us/ParksSouth.

Vendor spaces, 10-foot by 10-foot, are $31.80 and include a 5-foot table. All spaces are indoors.

Payment for table space must be made by Monday, March 4.

The mission of the Employment Expo is to provide a public service at the Viera Regional Community Center and to contribute to the economic recovery in our area by providing local employers the opportunity to advertise job openings and to interview potential qualified candidates for positions available within the community.

All activities are conducted and supervised by Brevard County Parks and Recreation staff at the Viera Regional Community Center.
