The teams meet again at 1 p.m. today at Bruce Bochy Field on the Melbourne Campus and admission is free.

“We are just not getting it done on the mound,” BCC head coach Jeff Tam said. “We need to make better pitches ahead in the count. We are looking for some sophomores to step up and lead this staff.”

Offensively BCC rapped out 12 hits led by Chris Dennis who was 3-for-4 with a double, three runs batted in and a first-pitch-of-the-game home run. David King was 2-for-4 with a home run and three runs batted in.

Aaron Miller was the losing pitcher for BCC as Seminole had 12 hits.

“They had a lot of two strike and two out hits,” Tam said. “We are just not executing pitches.”
