“This store is the seventh Cellular Sales location in Brevard County, and we are fortunate to be a part of such a great community,” Chris Keen, regional director at Cellular Sales, said. “We understand that buying a phone is a very important and personal decision, especially as smartphones become more prevalent.”

Cellular Sales was founded in Knoxville, Tenn., 19 years ago and has been named by Inc. Magazine as one of the nation’s fastest-growing privately owned retailers for the past five years.

With more than 560 stores and nearly 4,500 employees nationwide, the company currently operates 101 retail locations in Florida.

According to Nielsen reports, more than half of all Americans now own smartphones.

As mobile devices become more complex, educating each individual about different devices and capabilities becomes more important.

This is the reason Cellular Sales has dedicated itself to providing one-on-one service for customers.

“With new models coming out all the time, not everybody has the time to keep up with the latest in smartphone technology,” Keen said. “That’s why we train our sales representatives to have the knowledge to be able to answer any question a customer may have about smartphones.”
