A two-hour lightning delay caused second-round play to be suspended after 17 holes.

The 14 teams will play the final hole of the second round on Tuesday morning and then go right into the third and final round.

Host Barry led after 35 holes with a 284. Fellow NCAA Division II Sunshine State Conference member Nova Southeastern was second at 286.

BCC (294) is the only two-year college competing and is tied for fourth in the latest Golf World/Nike Golf NJCAA Division I College Coaches’ Poll

Individually for BCC, Blake Biggs and Kyle Benson shot one-under par 70 while Arthur Leonard, Keith Greene and Anthony Skirk shot 77 over the 6,738-yard course layout.
