BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – The Friends of Eau Gallie Library will present a free program with renowned chef and author Stuart Borton.

The event will be at 7 p.m. Monday, May 6 at the Eau Gallie Public Library.

Borton, co-owner of Malabar’s Yellow Dog Café, will talk about his newest cookbook, “Old Dog New Chefs,” which was published in November 2012.

His first, “Yellow Dog Café Cookbook,” came out in 2010.

His wife and restaurant co-owner, Nancy, also recently produced a coloring book for children in the kitchen.
