Construction Results In Palm Bay Street Closure

BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – Construction of a new building by the Harris Corporation will result in a temporary closure of a street to motorists in Palm Bay today.

Palm Bay Public Information Officer Yvonne Martinez said that Franklin Drive will be closed between Clearmont Street and Troutman Boulevard on Wednesday, April 10.

Martinez said the roads will be closed starting at 7 a.m.

Detour signs will be in place during the road closures.

Martinez asked that motorists use caution in this area and to make travel plans accordingly.

Motorists should expect ongoing delays and road closures while commuting through this area for the next several months as building construction continues.
