Distributor Helps DeLaura Middle School Earn Grant

To Be Used For Math & Science Programs

BREVARD COUNTY • SATELLITE BEACH, FLORIDA – Thanks to the efforts of Southeast Petro Distributor, Inc. of Brevard, DeLaura Middle School has been awarded a $500 ExxonMobil Educational Alliance grant for math and science for the 2012-13 school year.

Personnel from the Southeast Petro Distributor, Inc. of Brevard worked with DeLaura Principal Claudia Shirley to secure the grant, which is one of 2,500 that are available to schools across the country served by Exxon and/or Mobil businesses.

This money will be used to provide technology support, instructional training and materials for the math and science enrichment programs at the school

Funded by the Exxon Mobil Corporation, the ExxonMobil Educational Alliance Program is designed to provide Exxon and Mobil retailers like Southeast Petro Distributor, Inc. an opportunity to invest in the future of their community through educational grants to neighborhood schools.

DeLaura Middle School salutes the Southeast Petro Distributor, Inc of Brevard and the ExxonMobil Educational Alliance Program for providing this grant, and for their commitment toward educating the leaders of tomorrow.
