BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA BEACH, FLORIDA – As many of you know, this is going to be a very different Cocoa Beach Kidney Walk than it was for me last year.

This year we have formed the team “Salick Surfboard Walk-King.”

It is going to be a very special year because for the first time we will be walking in memory of my twin brother Richard.

If you have not done so already, I encourage you to please join my Cocoa Beach Kidney Walk team and walk with me in memory of the most influential and giving persons I have ever known.

You can register under the Salick Surfboard Walk-King team by going to CocoaBeachKidneyWalk.org and clicking on the “Join a Team” tab at the top of the beach.

CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE

About 26 million people have chronic kidney disease (CKD). The Kidney Walk is a fun, inspiring, community fundraiser which calls attention to the prevention of kidney disease and the need for organ donation.

It’s also an opportunity for patients, family, friends and businesses to come together to support the 26 million Americans with CKD.
