From this bunch Reggie, Joe, Neefy and Ray all graduated from Palm Bay High school. Another tie between the experienced bunch of coaches is that all but Neefy attended UF, however, Neefy stayed close and played his college ball with FSU.

It’s safe to say there was no lack of knowledgeable mentors present for the youth that attended to soak up.

“It’s great to give back to the community through the youth and offer them guidance through football,” said Reggie Nelson, current Cincinnati Bengals safety and member of the Space Coast Sports Hall of Fame.

Joe Cohen, head of the camp, who played his pro ball with the 49ers and Lions, was extremely excited about the positive energy and work he saw from campers as well as coaches.

“I couldn’t ask for anything better,” said Cohen as he looks forward to hosting this camp annually and attracting the communities youth to a place of learning, betterment, and training.

Ramon Buchanan, former Miami Hurricanes standout, said,  “The drills and competition are great but it’s all about having fun with the kids.”

It’s safe to say, the attendee’s time at the Cohen Elite Football Camp proved to be a fun and memorable fitness experience for all ages.
