BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Space Coast Volunteers in Medicine will host a special fund raising dinner tomorrow afternoon called ‘Luau in the Himalaya’ – a feast of food, beverage and fun at the fabulous Himalayan Asian Bistro in Rockledge.
Doors open at 4:30 p.m. and dinner will begin at 5 p.m. Tickets are $60, or $100 per couple.
The event features an incredible buffet of appetizers, soups and entrees featuring sushi, seafood, beef, pork, chicken and vegetarian. Complimentary wine and beer comes with dinner. There will also be door prizes, live music, dancing and more.
“Last year we had a sell out and everyone had a blast,” according to Executive Director, Paul Ringenberger.
“We always provide our guests with a first class event and promise a great evening. But beyond the festivities this is a fund raiser for a local charity that provides care for local residents- folks without health insurance. So come for the fun- but know you’re helping a great program that is truly helping those in need of health care.”
