Woman Faces 5 Counts of Lewd and Lascivious Battery

9 counts Contributing to Delinquency of Minor

BREVARD COUNTY • WEST MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Jennifer Clevenger, 43, of West Melbourne, was arrested Monday and is now out of jail after posting a $180,000 bond on five counts of Lewd and Lascivious Battery and nine counts of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor.

According to the West Melbourne Police Department, Clevenger admitted to having a sexual relationship with her daughter’s male teenage friend that is 14 or 15 years old.

Clevenger also provided the teen alcohol and and a bong, according to police.

Police investigators learned that Clevenger first met the teen last December, and liaisons occurred in a West Melbourne home and at an Orlando area hotel. The teen victim said his relationship with Clevenger ended after her daughter found out about it.

According to the West Melbourne Police Department, authorities are not aware of any other victims, and ask that anyone with additional information to call 321-723-9673.
