BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Animal Medical Clinic, a Melbourne-based veterinary practice founded in 1964, continues to grow with the addition of Laura McDougal, DVM.

Animal Medical Clinic now has eight veterinarians on staff and has solidified their status as the Largest Veterinarian Practice in Brevard County and East Central Florida.

Dr. McDougal was born and raised in South Florida and fostered her love of animals through the leadership of a mentor.

Graduating with honors from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Animal Science, Dr. McDougal earned her veterinary degree from the University of Tennessee and specializes in surgery but enjoys growing all aspects of veterinary medicine.

Founded in 1964, Animal Medical Clinic operates a full-service, American Animal Hospital Association-accredited veterinary practice and hospital.

The practice staff includes eight veterinarians in which full-service veterinary care including annual wellness visits, surgery, advanced diagnostics and lab testing, dental care, acupuncture and boarding are offered.

The practice is located at 4020 S. Babcock Street in Melbourne. (See map below)
