MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS AT 52 MPH

ABOVE VIDEO: Tropical Storm Dorian has formed in the Atlantic off the coast of Africa. The storm is expected to continue to move west over the next few days.

 

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA — The National Hurricane Center issued its Wednesday afternoon advisory about Tropical Storm Dorian.As of the latest update from the National Hurricane Center,Tropical Storm Dorian is located 14.3 N, 29.9 W, moving toward the West-Northwest near 18 MPH, with Maximum sustained winds are near 50 MPH, with higher gusts up to 63 MPH and  minimum central pressure of 1002 MBDorian may approach the Leeward Islands, including the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico, late Sunday night or Monday,See the latest projection cone and Satellite images below.
