Whiskey Master Michael Ring will be among the experts who prepare a five course meal featuring premium whiskey and delicious dishes.
“I am the Whiskey Brand Champion for the Brown-Forman Family of Fine Whiskies in Florida. I have been in the Restaurant/Beverage industry for just over 14 years. I am an educational resource for the trade and consumers alike and hold the title of Certified Spirit Specialist and Master of Whisky. I have consulted on numerous hotels and high end restaurants to add local ingredients and craft to their beverage programs. Having started my career in the kitchen I have an affinity for all things hand crafted and especially local ingredients which is why I wanted to pair up with Chef Matt to execute this night of food and whisky pairings.”- Michael Ring
