UPDATE: FATHER AND DAUGHTER FOUND SAFE

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Wallace Schroder, 53, and Danielle, his 10-year-old daughter, flagged down a motorist on the NASA Causeway this morning about 5:30 a.m., according to the Florida Fish and Wildlife.

ABOVE VIDEO: Lt. Mike Matthias of the Brevard County Sheriff’s Department talks about the  search for an unidentified  10-year old girl and her father that were reported overdue from a fishing trip in the Indian River earlier today. The girl and her 53-year-old  father departed from the Parrish Park Boat Ramp in Titusville in a 16-foot  boat at about 10 a.m., according to authorities. Family members called Florida Fish and Wildlife and the Coast Guard after the pair failed to return by 7 p.m.  Call 911 or contact the Coast Guard at 904-564-7511 if you have any information.
