BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA — State Representative Ritch Workman believes American flags should be made in the United States.

Earlier this week, Rep. Workman (R – Melbourne) filed House Bill 201, known as the “All American Flag Act.”  If passed, the bill would require United States flag or state flag that is purchased by state, county, or municipality for public use to be made in United States; and it provides a penalty of a second degree misdemeanor for violations.
