Michael Vanacore Killed On I-95 Near Grant – Valkaria

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Michael Vanacore, 49, of Fort Pierce, Florida was traveling northbound on I-95 at about 5 a.m. this morning when the front right tire of his 2005 Ford pickup truck separated and he lost control, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. 

Two men were killed when a motorcycle and bicycle collided about 6:15 p.m. yesterday on U.S. 192 at Knotty Pine Road.

Michael Vanacore, 49, of Fort Pierce, Florida was traveling northbound on I-95 at about 5 a.m. this morning when the front right tire of his 2005 Ford pickup truck separated and he lost control, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

Vanacore left the roadway and overturned, and was partially ejected. Accoring to the Florida Highway Patrol, Vanacore was not wearing a seatbelt. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Florida Highway Patrol had closed the right lane on I-95 northbound due to the accident, but all lanes are now open.

This crash remains under investigation.
