UPDATE: SUNDAY, NOV. 17, 2013, 7 p.m.

The motorcyclist who was killed yesterday has been identified as Quinn Stinson, 25, of Palm Bay.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the owner of white vehicle that ran over Stinson contacted FHP this afternoon to determine if their SUV was the one that troopers were looking for from last night’s fatal crash.
