Alice Johnson, 82, Passes Away Dec. 23

OBITUARY
BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA — Alice Johnson, 82 passed away peacefully on Dec. 23 at her daughter’s Satellite Beach home.
She was born Aug 17, 1931 in Redwood Falls, MN where she grew up on the family farm.
She married Allen Johnson on Nov. 25, 1950 in Minneapolis. They moved to Florida in 1956 and made their permanent home in Indian Harbour Beach in 1968 and raised two daughters.
Her hobbies were cooking, arts & crafts and island cruising. She was a loving, devoted wife and mother and enjoyed her home, neighborhood and being with other sea bean and Melbourne Yacht Club sailing enthusiasts. She believed in “live well, laugh often, love much.”
Alice is survived by daughter Brenda (Phil) Spletter, special friend Ed Perry and three brothers, two sisters and many nieces, nephews and neighbors.
She was predeceased by husband, Allen Johnson (2004) and daughter Vicki Johnson (2002), one sister and two brothers. A visitation will be held at Beach Funeral Home in Indian Harbour Beach on Friday, January 3 from 6 – 7 p.m. with services to begin at 7 p.m.
