BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is celebrating the holidays with a month long event, “Holidays In Space.”

Now through January 5, 2014, Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex will be adorned with a stunning array of holiday decorations and daily visits with Santa and Mrs. Claus (through December 24).

Visitors can expect a towering, 42-foot International Space Station-themed holiday tree located in the Rocket Garden, the International Space Station mural swathed in holiday candlelight. Wreaths, garlands, lights, ribbons and bows throughout the Visitor Complex add to the holiday festival atmosphere.

‘HOLIDAYS IN SPACE’ INCLUDED IN ADMISSION

New this year is through the Toy Box: an “Out-of-this-World Collection” which represents mankind’s fascination with space throughout the last 100 years in the form of toys.

See nearly 100 vintage and treasured toys children have used to play out their fantasies of space travel. Holidays in Space is included in admission to Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex.
