BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – Mark Wade, a Titusville retiree, has made it his mission to breathe new life into Wade’s Motor Inn Motel.
Wade’s Motor Inn is a fully remodeled tribute to the old 1950s roadside motels of the past, but upgraded with modern luxuries. Each room has a flat panel television, large raised bed, tiled floors, and come with double sinks, microwave, and mini refrigerator.
“People drive from Orlando just to stay there because of our low rates and high quality,” said Wade. “We also offer a laundromat and daily or weekly rates. Come check us out today, we guarantee you’ll love what you see.”
Wade created an exact replica of the original sign from that era to garnish the entrance – a painstaking custom design which can withstand a hurricane and includes all of the modern technology needed to keep it glowing for many years to come.
He also purchased the Siesta Motor Inn on U.S.1 in Titusville which features a cool, retro spinning sign, “Ice Cold A/C” and “Color TV.”
