Seymour Named Vice President of Nursing At Viera Hospital

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA — Barb Seymour has been named Vice President of Nursing at Health First Viera Hospital.
She has been at Health First for seven years and previously served as clinical director at Health First Viera Hospital.
Seymour has been a nurse for 17 years and received her Master’s in Healthcare Administration from the University of St. Francis in Joliet, IL and a BSN in Nursing from Spalding University in Louisville KY.
“Barb is well-respected by her peers and is committed to achieving the Health First priorities and service to our associates, patients and community,” said Health First Chief Nursing Officer Connie Bradley.
“We are confident the skills and talents she brings to this role will help us move forward in becoming one of the nation’s top integrated delivery networks.”
Seymour is a 2013 LEAD Brevard graduate and a member of Sigma Theta Tau (the Honor Society of Nursing), the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses and the American College of Healthcare Executives.
