BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA –  The Health First Sleep Center is hosting an A.W.A.K.E. (Alert, Well and Keeping Energetic) Sleep Awareness Group throughout Brevard County.

GOALS

The Health First Sleep Center is hosting an A.W.A.K.E. (Alert, Well and Keeping Energetic) Sleep Awareness Group throughout Brevard County.
The Health First Sleep Center is hosting an A.W.A.K.E. (Alert, Well and Keeping Energetic) Sleep Awareness Group throughout Brevard County.

• Educate and encourage those affected by sleep disorders (including spouses and partners)
• Inform the public about sleep apnea and other sleep disorders
• Obtain medical care and testing when needed
• Manage diagnosed sleep apnea and other sleep disorders
• During each event, you will have the opportunity to see newer model CPAP machines and masks, as well as receive • a free mask fitting. These events are free and open to the public.

WHEN & WHERE

• March 10 from 6 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. – Palm Bay Hospital (auditorium)
• June 16 from 6 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. – Cape Canaveral Hospital Medical Plaza (classroom A)
• September 15 from 6 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. – Viera Hospital Pro-Health and Fitness Center (first floor classroom)
• December 15 from 6 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. – Cape Canaveral Hospital Medical Plaza (classroom A)
