2014 Health First Ball Big Success, Funds Breast Center
Health First Foundation Benefit Ball Rasies More Than $400,000 For New Health First Breast Center
BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA • THE CLEMENTE CENTER AT FLORIDA TECH – The Health First Foundation hosted an elegant, stylish evening in a decked-out Clemente Center for more than 500 guests featuring Gatsby-themed delicacies, libations, live entertainment and dancing around the theme of “Gatsby – A Night of Glitz and Glamour.”
The 32nd Health First Foundation Benefit Ball was held Saturday, April 12, at the Clemente Center, on the campus of Florida Tech in Melbourne.
Funds raised from the 2014 edition of Brevard County’s premier Black-tie gala event will be used for the creation of the new Health First Breast Center at Cape Canaveral Hospital and at the Health First Medical Group office at Gateway. The new centers will offer women a unique experience where screenings, testing, and diagnosis can be accomplished all in one place. This will be a one-of-a-kind breast center for Brevard.

WILLIAMS, LACEY HEAD UP 2014 HEALTH FIRST FOUNDATION BALL
Theresa Williams served as the Ball Committee Chair and Stephen Lacey was the Underwriting Chair. Williams is a breast cancer survivor and wife of developer Mike Williams. Lacey is an attorney with the firm of McClelland Jones, LLC in Melbourne.
The life-saving and humanitarian efforts of all Health First entities have always relied in part on the generous time, energy and financial gifts of local residents.
