Brevard County Sheriff’s Intern Program Offers Working Knowledge, Valuable Practical Experience

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office is now offering student internship opportunities to students of Criminal Justice, Public Administration and related fields of study.

“We are very proud of the relationships we share with schools and universities throughout the state who are educating Florida’s future criminal justice professionals,” said Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey.

With a reputation for excellence,  BCSO welcomes future criminal justice professionals who are interested in gaining a working knowledge and valuable practical experience in their chosen field of study.

BCSO-HEADER-388-11The Sheriff’s Office will accommodate work and school schedules so that students can rotate through each facet of the BCSO organization. Most educational institutions offer course credits for successfully completing an internship program, so please contact your academic advisor and the Sheriff’s Office for more information.

Prospective student interns must submit an on-line application.
