Senior Marketing and Communications Manager

BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – The Greater Palm Bay Chamber of Commerce has promoted Cynthia Dale to Senior Marketing and Communications Manager.

Dale, who began with the organization in June 2012, was hired as the marketing manager and was responsible for all marketing efforts including the planning and executing of major signature events.

“The time I’ve spent at the Palm Bay Chamber has given me the opportunity to create unique and exciting events that our members enjoy. Attendance has increased and our members appreciate the opportunity to attend different functions that are enjoyable,” said Dale.

Dale’s responsibilities include all social media postings, communications to the members electronically, personal one-on-one marketing training for our new members and the creation of themes for the larger chamber events.

She is credited with the highly acclaimed success of last year’s “Celebrate Brevard” with the Great Gatsby theme and the upcoming Big Hats and Bow Ties Art and Jewelry Auction slated for the evening of June 27.

“Ms. Dale has exceeded all expectations and has consistently ranked very high in her work assessments,” said Victoria Northrup, Greater Palm Bay Chamber of Commerce president and CEO. “She has taken on additional responsibilities and is deserving of this promotion.”

NEXT PALM BAY CHAMBER MEMBER EVENT SET

The June 4th Luncheon, “Heroes of Industry” will recognize and honor the local manufactures in South Brevard.

Manufacturers in the Made in Brevard database created by the Economic Development Commission for Florida’s Space Coast are invited to attend to showcase their products and meet members of the business community.

Julie Song of the MEP is the invited speaker. The June Business of the Month, sponsored by Palm Bay AFLAC, will also be announced at the luncheon as well as the Palm Bay Police Officer of the Month which is sponsored by Community Credit Union.

The luncheon is held at the Life Care Center of Palm Bay at 175 Villa Nueva Avenue NE, off Malabar Road, just west of Palm Bay Hospital. (See map below)

Registration and lunch begin at 11:30am and the program starts at noon. Cost is $20 for members and $25 for non-members.
