Texas Equusearch Joins Search
BREVARD COUNTY • WEST MELBOUNE, FLORIDA – The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office is continuing to actively search for 80-year-old Robert Harrison of West Melbourne who was last seen Sunday night near Milwaukee Avenue in West Melbourne, Florida.
“We are knocking on every door trying to get the word out,” said Heather Lathero, Harrison’s granddaughter.
“Even with all the media coverage many people still aren’t aware that he (Harrison) is missing, so we are going door-to-door handing out flyers.”
Harrison is a white male, approximately 5-foot-11 inches tall, and weighs 145 pounds. He has gray hair and hazel eyes. He is traveling on foot and suffers from Alzheimer’s.
He is believed to be wearing blue jeans, a white t-shirt with a green/white “Western” style shirt on over it.
Texas Equisearch has arrived in Brevard and is now organizing their efforts to begin this morning in full force.
“Our main thing to ask is to please share regardless of your location,” said Lathero. “He has lived in West Virginia, Texas and Wabasso, Florida. Even if you think you’re not in the area that he lived, share anyway. You never know where he may have gone.”
If you have any information, contact the Brevard County Sherriff’s Office at 321-264-5100, or call Sheriff’s Agent David Bowes at 321-544-4275.
