Man Arrested For Lewd and Lascivious Molestation

Bryan Rutkosky arrested by Titusville police
BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – Bryan Kurt Rutkosky, 37, was charged with Lewd and Lascivious Molestation on a Child Under 12 Years of Age, and was delivered to the Brevard County Jail with no bond on May 23.
According to Titusville Police, officers responded to an allegation of inappropriate activity involving a child less than 12 years of age. The investigation continued the following day when Titusville Detectives arrested Rutkosky of Endicott Place Titusville, Florida.
According to Titusville Police, Rutkosky was known by the victim, but authorities are not releasing the specifics of the relationship at this time.
