BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – The Titusville Police arrested Devin Patrick Okeefe, 22, of 3530 Melrose Avenue in Titusville today on charges of Sexual Battery on a child under the age of 12, which is a capital felony.

According to the Titusville Police Department, officers responded to an allegation of inappropriate activity involving Okeefe and the child.

Okeefe has been booked into the Brevard County Jail and the investigation is ongoing.
