Cocoa Police Apprehend, Arrest Bank Robbery Suspect

COCOA, FLORIDA — At approximately 1:30 p.m. today, Cocoa Police Patrol apprehended Thomas Lowell, the suspect from yesterday’s bank robbery at Bank of America.

According to Cocoa Police public information officer Barbara Matthews, police received information that Lowell was in the area of Loquat and Stone Street in Cocoa.  Police surrounded the home and Lowell gave up a short time later, without incident.

Lowell is at the Cocoa Police Department at this time.  Investigators will attempt to speak with Lowell then he will be booked and transported to the Brevard County Jail.
